At Idea Box Merch, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products designed with love in Canada. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at help@ideaboxmerch.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (if applicable).
We will assess your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by:
- Offering a replacement at no additional cost.
- Issuing a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized products (such as print-on-demand items) are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or misprinted.
- Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes ordered, or color preferences. Please double-check size charts and color options before ordering.
- Face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- For items that qualify for a return due to damage, defect, or a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Unclaimed packages returned to us will be donated to charity after 30 days.
6. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to:
- Return the item following the instructions above.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
8. Lost or Unclaimed Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.
- Unclaimed packages returned to our facility will be donated to charity after 30 days.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact.
